The Ex-Boyfriend

I crashed to the ground with a big THUD, narrowly avoiding being crushed by the table.

I wasn’t lucky enough to avoid the drinks from the table covering me, an array of smells and colours now covering my body and clinging to my skin.

‘Fudge,’ I muttered under my breath.

Trust me to take down a table, and a whole tray’s worth of drinks, just because I saw an ex boyfriend. The ex boyfriend. The one I tried my hardest to forget the existence of.

Wonderful.

Until next time,
